Let's talk about how I can design a customized solution to meet your school's needs!
Does your school need a curriculum solution, but you cannot find anything available for purchase that meets your needs? Or do you have existing curriculum which you want to continue to use, but need help organizing a mis-mash of resources into a cohesive whole? I can design yearly scope and sequences or instructional planning calendards for your school based on your standards, resources, and goals, and source or create any resources that are needed to fill in gaps.
I can help you with various projects including:
Schedules, Grant Writing, Planning for outdoor education implementation, Catechesis of the Good Shepherd planning and implementation, curriculum review, campus needs assessments, community surveys of stakeholders, and strategic planning
I offer one-on-one coaching for teachers who need mentorship for the Planning and Preparation section of the Danielson teacher evaluation model. This can either be short term targeted for a specific unit or ongoing over the course of the year. This involves a review of school-purchased curriculum materials for the unit with the teacher, help unpacking the diocesan standards related to the unit, guidance for which resources to use, a pre-unit planning meeting, help planning for assessments and projects to be done during the unit, and a post-conference at the end of the unit. For an additional fee I can also do lesson plan review and feedback over the course of the unit, audits of assessments and grading practices over the course of the unit, and virtual or in-person lesson observations with feedback.

I can help you evaluate your programs and curriculum to determine if they are meeting your school's goals and needs. Past projects include:
designing, implementing, and analyzing student language proficiency assessments to evaluate dual-language program efficacy
surveying teachers on curricular resources and to determine curriculum gaps, and giving recommendations of resources for purchase to complete the curriculum
conducting an audit of teacher schedules and assignments to ensure schedule equity and that personnel resources were being well stewarded
MAP data analysis to determine areas of strength and weakness across the school, and developing plans for improvement
and more!
I can help you plan and build outdoor learning and student gardening spaces and equip them with supplies needed for hands-on learning outdoors. I can also conduct professional development for your teachers to train them on use of the space, and how to involve students in planting, watering, composting, and maintaining the garden space. I have designed and constructed benches for outdoor learning and raised garden beds with trellises for area school student gardens.
Most teachers need someone to sit with them and coach them step-by-step for them to become comfortable navigating a new online platform or program and implementing its resources. If this support is not provided, then the money spent purchasing these resources is wasted. In a one-on-one video call with screen sharing, I can coach teachers on how to navigate and use all the resources available on a new website you want them to implement. I have successfully implemented and offer coaching for:
iXL
ExtraMath
RazKids and/or Epic
HMH Ed (for Into Reading, Math in Focus, Into Science, etc.)
Google Suite for Education (Classroom, Docs, Drive, Sites, Forms, etc.)
GoGuardian Content Monitoring
McGraw Connect (for Texas Science)
MAP Growth and MAP Reading Fluency

Do you have existing curriculum or resources that you need hands-on materials to accompany? Do you need custom hands-on materials kits built to match your units or standards? Or do you have a hodge-podge of existing hands-on materials that need to be sorted, labeled, and organized into unit bins? I can source, label, and organize custom unit hands-on material bins for math, science, social studies, preK, or other subjects to ensure your teachers have high quality materials that are directly tailored to their units and standards.
